Terms and Conditions 

  1. Participation in this Promotion is deemed acceptance of the terms and conditions as set out in this document (‘Terms and Conditions’). 
  1. The promoter is Racing and Wagering Western Australia (RWWA) (ABN 21 347 055 603) of 14 Hasler Road, Osborne Park WA 6017 (‘Promoter’). 
  1. The ’12 Days of Giveaways’ promotion is valid from 1 December 2025 to 12 December 2025. 
  1. The promotional period commences at 08.00am WST Monday 01 December 2025 and ends at 11.59pm WST Friday 12 December 2025. 
  1. The Promotion is available to selected WA TABtouch account holders transacting via Internet, Mobile or Phone-Betting channels who are 18 years or older (‘Eligible Entrants’). Excludes residents of NSW, SA, VIC, NT, TAS and QLD, TAB agents, RWWA directors, management, employees and their immediate families, and account holders flagged for responsible wagering, fixed odds limited or have explicit opt out. 
  1. The Promotion comprises of various Customer Rewards, competitions and Prize Draws and as detailed herein. 
  1. Entry criteria and full prize details for all prize draws and the competition can be found in clauses 10, 11 and 12. 
  1. The Promoter is not responsible for any postponement, cancellation, delay or changes to the prizes, promotions or relevant fixtures beyond RWWA’s reasonable control, including any technical failures or unavailability of the RWWA website or other related platforms. 
  1. The Promoter (subject to State and Territory Legislation) reserves the right to amend, cancel or suspend this Promotion if an event beyond the control of the Promoter corrupts or affect the administration security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this Promotion. 
  1. Customer Instant Rewards: 

a) Money Back to 3rd with SuperPick 

  • Bonus SuperPicks valid from 9.30am WST Wednesday 03 December 2025 and expires at conclusion of specified meeting in the email addressed to the TABtouch account holder. 
  • Bonus SuperPicks valid for the holder of TABtouch bet account only. 
  • For use on the race meeting as specified in the email addressed to the TABtouch account holder. 
  • Standard SuperPicks terms and conditions apply. 

b) Risk Free Bet 

  • Risk Free Bet valid from 9.30am WST Saturday 06 December 2025 and will be applied automatically to your first valid race Tote or race FOB bet after this time. 
  • Minimum bet amount is $5.00. 
  • If your selection does not win, the stake will be refunded in Bonus Cash of equal value, up to the maximum specified in the email addressed to the TABtouch account holder. 
  • Qualifying bet must be made on the specific race and meeting as specified in the email address to the TABtouch account holder. 
  • One Offer per account and valid for the holder of TABtouch bet account only. 
  • Bonus Cash is non-transferable and cannot be withdrawn as cash. 
  • Bonus Cash expires 11.59pm WST Monday 08 December 2025. 

c) 10 x $100 Bonus Cash 

  • Eligible entrants must complete the survey by 11.59pm WST Sunday 14 December 2025. The survey is accessible from the email sent to the TABtouch account holder on Monday, 8 December 2025. 
  • 10 winners will be drawn by 4.00pm WST on Monday 15 December 2025. 
  • The total prize value is $1,000. 
  • Each winner will receive $100 in Bonus Cash which will be deposited in to the winner’s TABtouch account by 10.00am WST Tuesday 16 December 2025. 
  • Each winner will be notified by SMS. 

d) Bonus SuperPicks 

  • Bonus SuperPicks valid from 9.30am WST Wednesday 10 December 2025 and expire 11.59pm WST Wednesday 10 December 2025. 
  • 10 bonus SuperPicks per account and valid for the holder of TABtouch bet account only. 
  • For use on any Fixed Odds race at Cannington Greyhounds meeting on Wednesday 10 December 2025. 

e) Deposit Offer 

  • Deposit $50 get $100 back in Bonus Cash 
  • Deposit Offers will only be offered to Eligible Customers and will be activated by the first deposit made to your TABtouch account after the Deposit Offer was made available. 
  • Deposit Offers can be activated via online deposits on the TABtouch app and website, or by depositing cash into your TABtouch account at a TAB retail store in Western Australia. Funds deposited via the “Scan My Bet” feature on the app will not activate your Deposit Offer. 
  • A Bonus Cash or Bonus Bet value will be credited to the Eligible Customer’s account referable to the value of the deposit which activated the Deposit Offer, to the maximum amount or percentage stated in the Offer and otherwise on the terms and conditions set out in the Offer. 
  1. Competition(s) 

a) 1 x Double Pass to Bankwest Club for 6 months 

  • Eligible entrants must participate in the 12 Days of Giveaways campaign to gain entry into the draw. Each unique day of participation entitles you to an entry into the draw. 
  • The winner will receive a Double Pass to Bankwest Club which gives access to all Optus Stadium events from 1 January 2025 up until 30 June 2025. 
  • The total estimated prize value is $9,200. 
  • 1 winner shall be drawn by 4.00pm WST on Friday 12 December 2025. 
  • Tickets are not transferable. 
  • Winner will need to maintain an active TABtouch account for the duration of this prize. 
  • Patrons who cause a disturbance or refuse to comply with requests from TABtouch or Optus Stadium staff will be asked to leave the venue. 
  • Patrons deemed to be on the verge of intoxication will be refused alcohol service. 

b) 2 of 7 x Double Passes to Perth Scorchers vs Hobart Hurricanes 

  • Eligible entrants must place at least one Same Game Multi bet between 12.01am WST Tuesday 2 December 2025 and 11.59pm WST Sunday 7 December 2025 to gain entry into the draw. Each Same Race Multi ticket placed and resulted during the aforementioned period is entitled to an entry in the draw. 
  • First seven drawn winners will win a VIP double pass to attend the Perth Scorchers vs Hobart Hurricanes BBL game at the TABtouch Suite on Friday 26 December 2025 at Optus Stadium. 
  • The total prize value is $4,600. 
  • 7 winners shall be drawn by 1.00pm WST on Monday 08 December 2025. 
  • Tickets are not transferable. 
  • Patrons under the age of 18 will not be permitted entry to the TABtouch suite. 
  • Patrons who cause a disturbance or refuse to comply with requests from TABtouch or Optus Stadium staff will be asked to leave the venue. 
  • Patrons deemed to be on the verge of intoxication will be refused alcohol service. 

c) Perth Cup Tickets 

  • Eligible entrants must place a any bet on Albany Racecourse gain entry into the draw.  
  • The prizes include: 2 VIP tickets to the TABtouch Perth Cup Day event at Ascot Racecourse on 1 Jan 2025. 
  • The total prize value is $540. 
  • 1 winner shall be drawn by 4.00pm WST on Friday 12 December 2025. 
  • Tickets are not transferable. 
  • Patrons under the age of 18 will not be permitted entry to the TABtouch suite Ascot Racecourse. 
  • Patrons who cause a disturbance or refuse to comply with requests from TABtouch, Ascot Racecourse staff will be asked to leave the venue. 
  • Patrons deemed to be on the verge of intoxication will be refused alcohol service. 

d) 2 of 2 x Double Passes to Ed Sheeran in the Bankwest Club 

  • To qualify customers just need to place a bet on any race at the Gloucester Park meeting held on Friday 05 December 2025 as follows. As long as any of the bet requirements are satisfied, they will gain entry into the draw. 
     
  • First drawn winner will win a VIP double pass to attend the Ed Sheran concert in the Bankwest Club on Saturday 31 January 2025 and Sunday 1 February 2025 at Optus Stadium. 
  • The total prize value is $1,000. 
  • 2 winners shall be drawn by 1.00pm WST on Monday 08 December 2025. 
  • Tickets are not transferable. 
  • Patrons who cause a disturbance or refuse to comply with requests from TABtouch or Optus Stadium staff will be asked to leave the venue. 
  • Patrons deemed to be on the verge of intoxication will be refused alcohol service. 

e) 2 of 5 x Double VIP Passes to Perth Wildcats vs Cairns Taipans game 

  • Eligible entrants must place a minimum 3 leg multi bet on any NBA game between 12.01am WST Sunday 07 December 2025 and 11.59pm WST Friday 12 December 2025 to gain entry into the draw. 
  • The total prize value is $1,800. 
  • Each winner will win two VIP tickets (for themselves and a guest) to the Perth Wildcats v Cairns Taipans on Thursday 22 January 2025 at RAC Arena in the TABtouch Suite. 
  • 5 winners shall be drawn by 4.00pm WST on Monday 15 December 2025. 
  • Guests attending the event must be 18yrs+. 

f) Perth Cup Tickets 

  • To qualify customers just need to place a bet on any race at the specified meeting in the relevant email held on Tuesday 09 December 2025 as follows. As long as any of the bet requirements are satisfied, they will gain entry into the draw. 

g) Crown Perth Staycation 

  • The prize includes: 
    1 x Perth Cup Package including a 3 Day 2 Night Stay in Luxe Twin room at Crown Metropol between 31 Dec 2025 – 2 Jan 2025 and 2 VIP tickets to the TABtouch Perth Cup Day event at Ascot Racecourse on 1 Jan 2025. 
  • The total prize value is $2,100. 
  • 1 winner shall be drawn by 4.00pm WST on Friday 12 December 2025. 
  • Reservation for Crown Metropol and tickets to Perth Cup will be made available via either email and/ or in writing by post 
  • Patrons under the age of 18 will not be permitted entry to the TABtouch suite Ascot Racecourse. 
  • Patrons who cause a disturbance or refuse to comply with requests from TABtouch, Ascot Racecourse staff will be asked to leave the venue. 
  • Patrons deemed to be on the verge of intoxication will be refused alcohol service. 
  • Security Deposit to be paid by the winning account holder 
  • Tickets are not transferable. 

h) 15 x TABtouch Merchandise Pack 

  • Eligible entrants must place a bet using their SuperPick on any Australian or New Zealand race between 9.30am WST Thursday 11 December 2025 and 11.59pm WST Thursday 11 December 2025 to gain entry into the draw. 
  • Each winner will win a TABtouch merchandise pack 
  • The total prize value is $1,800. 
  • 15 winners shall be drawn by 12pm WST on Friday, 12 December 2025. 
  1.  Prize conditions and methodology: 
  • If a winner is unable or unavailable to use a prize, the Promoter reserves the right to randomly select a new winner from relevant entries. 
  • Unless stated, a prize may not be transferred or used as part of any other promotional activity. 
  • No prize, or part of any prize, is exchangeable for another product or redeemable for cash. It is a condition of accepting a prize that the winner accept the conditions of that prize. 
  • The Promotor is not responsible for any lost, late or misdirected entries. 
  • Neither the Promoter or any supplier, provider or third party associated with any prize will be liable for any loss, expense, damage or personal injury suffered or sustained in the course of accepting or using a prize, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law. 
  • The prize must be used by the applicable date of the prize, if not the prize is forfeited. 
  • The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of any entries and reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who supplies invalid information that is not in accordance with these Terms and Conditions. 
  • All prize draws (excluding the Own the Dream Competition) will be carried out using a computer generated program from all valid prize draw entries. 
  • Each winner (excluding the competition winner) will be notified by email or telephone within one (1) Business Day of each prize draw. 
  • If a notification email is returned as undeliverable, or the winner does not respond to claim a prize within three (3) Business Days of the draw – or such time as agreed during the winner notification, the Promoter may randomly select a new winner from the relevant prize draw entries held by The Promoter. 
  • Entry details remain the property of the Promoter. The name and photograph of the winner may be used for promotional purposes by the Promoter without payment, unless the winner otherwise notifies the Promoter at the time of accepting the prize. Entrants consent to the Promoter using personal information provided in connection with this promotion for the purposes of facilitating the conduct of the promotion and awarding any prizes (including to third parties involved in the promotion and any applicable statutory authorities). Without limiting the foregoing, entrants’ personal information provided in connection with this promotion will be handled in accordance with the Promoter’s Privacy Statement. 
  • The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any tax implications that may arise from accepting a prize. Independent financial advice should be sought.
