Terms and Conditions — BetLoop AFL Western Derby “Copy SGM” Stake‑Back (Bonus Cash) Promotion
- These terms and conditions are issued by Racing and Wagering Western Australia (ABN 21 347 055 603) of 14 Hasler Road, Osbourne Park (Promoter) in relation to the BetLoop AFL Western Derby “Copy SGM” Stake‑Back (Bonus Cash) Promotion (Promotion).
- Participation in the Promotion is deemed acceptance of these terms and conditions as set out in this document.
Promotional Period
- The Promotion commences when the offer is made available to Eligible Entrants via eligible TABtouch channels.
- The Promotion closes at 3:10pm (WST) Sunday 16 April (Promotion Close Time).
Eligibility
- Participation in the Promotion is open to residents of Western Australia aged 18 years or older only who are not: a. employees and immediate families of the Promoter and its agencies, suppliers and contractors associated with the Promotion; for the purpose of this Promotion, immediate families is defined as mother, father, sister, brother, spouse (including de facto), offspring, living in the same premises; and
b. agencies of the Promoter and vendors or other companies associated with the Promotion; and
c. residents located in Victoria, Queensland, New South Wales, South Australia, Australian Capital Territory, Tasmania and Northern Territory,
(Eligible Entrants). - Customers must be deemed “Eligible Customers” in accordance with the TABtouch Bonus Offers Terms & Conditions and any applicable account eligibility requirements.
Promotion Criteria (How to qualify)
- To qualify for the Promotion, Eligible Entrants must: a. place an eligible Same Game Multi (SGM) bet on the AFL match West Coast Eagles v Fremantle Dockers; and
b. place that SGM by using the BetLoop “Copy” function (i.e., copied from the BetLoop feed); and
c. ensure the bet is placed through the customer’s TABtouch account and is successfully struck; and
d. have the bet resulted as a valid wager (void bets are excluded). - The Promotion applies to the Eligible Entrant’s first eligible copied bet on the match only (First Eligible Bet).
- Cash Out exclusion: If an Eligible Entrant cashes out (in whole or in part) on the First Eligible Bet, that bet will not be eligible for the Promotion.
- Void / cancelled bet exclusion: If the First Eligible Bet is void, cancelled or refunded, it is not eligible for the Promotion.
Bonus Cash Reward
- An Eligible Entrant who satisfies clauses 7–10 will receive a Bonus Cash reward equal to the stake of the First Eligible Bet up to a maximum of $10 (Bonus Cash Reward).
- Bonus Cash Reward is non‑withdrawable. Bonus cash cannot be withdrawn and is a promotional balance.
- The Bonus Cash Reward will be credited to the Eligible Entrant’s TABtouch account at 11:00am (WST) Monday 17 April, or as soon as reasonably practicable thereafter, subject to settlement and processing.
- The Bonus Cash Reward expires 7 days after being credited to the Eligible Entrant’s account.
General wagering conditions
- All bets placed in connection with this Promotion are subject to TABtouch account terms and the relevant wagering rules applicable to the market.
- The Promotion is intended for recreational customers only. The Promoter reserves the right to withhold the Bonus Cash Reward where it reasonably believes an Eligible Entrant is not participating in the spirit of the Promotion.
Collection and Use of Personal Information
- Personal information including the Eligible Entrant’s name, address, telephone number and email may be collected and used for the purpose of conducting and administering the Promotion (including crediting the Bonus Cash Reward).
- By participating in this Promotion, Eligible Entrants consent to the use of their personal information in accordance with these terms and conditions.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction
- These terms and conditions, the Promotion and any claim or dispute between the Promoter and an Eligible Entrant are governed by the laws of Western Australia.
- Eligible Entrants submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts and tribunals of Western Australia in connection with any dispute concerning these terms and conditions and the Promotion.
Dispute resolution
- In the event of a dispute concerning the conduct of the Promotion or the Bonus Cash Reward, Eligible Entrants must contact the Promoter to attempt to resolve the dispute in good faith.
- If the matter cannot be resolved, either party may refer the matter to mediation and the costs of mediation will be shared equally between the parties.
General conditions
- The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any individual who participates in a manner not in accordance with these terms and conditions, or who is involved in any way in interfering or tampering with the conduct of this Promotion, has breached these terms and conditions, or engaged in any unlawful or improper misconduct calculated to jeopardise the fair and proper conduct of the Promotion.
- Failure by the Promoter to enforce any of its rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of those rights.
- Eligible Entrants have rights under the Australian Consumer Law and other similar legislation which cannot be excluded, restricted or modified. These terms and conditions do not exclude, restrict or limit those statutory rights in any way.
- To the extent permitted by law, the Promoter (including its officers, employees and agents) excludes all liability whether arising in tort (including without limitation negligence), contract or otherwise for any personal injury or any other loss or damage (including without limitation loss of opportunity or loss of profits) whether direct, indirect, special or consequential, arising in any way out of the Promotion, including, without limitation:
a. any technical difficulties or equipment malfunction (whether or not under the Promoter’s control);
b. any theft, unauthorised access or third-party interference;
c. any bet that is late, lost, altered, damaged or misdirected due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter;
d. any variation in market value;
e. any tax implications; or
f. use of the Bonus Cash Reward. - If for any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter the Promotion is not capable of running as planned, the Promoter reserves the right in its sole discretion to take any action that may be available to it, and to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Promotion, unless to do so would be prohibited by law.
