AFL Game Time Guarantee Terms & Conditions

1. A player’s time on ground percentage is resulted from the governing body’s official statistics.
2. Refunds apply to all relevant ticket types such as Same Game Multis (SGM), Multis and Singles.
3. Refunds are applicable to tickets placed via both digital and retail channels.
4. Promotion applies to AFL Men’s fixtures only.
5. Refunds apply to individual milestone markets only: Player to have ‘X’ Disposals, Goals, Behinds, Marks and Tackles.
6. Bets that were determined prior to a player playing less than 40% game time will be excluded from refunds.
7. Where a leg of a Multi is refunded under the Game Time Guarantee, the Multi will be re-calculated on the remaining legs (includes Multi bets of SGMs).
8. Same Game Multi bets, where a leg is refunded under the Game Time Guarantee, will be refunded altogether.

NRL Game Time Guarantee Terms & Conditions

Promotion Start Date: Thursday September 3, 2026

1. A starting player’s minutes played resulted from the governing body’s official statistics.
2. Refunds apply to all relevant ticket types such as Same Game Multis (SGM), Multis and Singles.
3. Refunds are applicable to tickets placed via both digital and retail channels.
4. Promotion applies to NRL Men’s fixtures only.
5. Refunds apply to individual player milestone markets that apply for the duration of the match only. The markets are Player to score at least ‘X’ Tries & Player to score at least ‘X’ Points in the match
6. Bets that were determined prior to a player playing less than 30 minutes game time will be excluded from refunds.
7. Where a leg of a Multi is refunded under the Game Time Guarantee, the Multi will be re-calculated on the remaining legs (includes Multi bets of SGMs).
8. Same Game Multi bets, where a leg is refunded under the Game Time Guarantee, will be refunded altogether.
