SuperPick Terms and Conditions

  1. GENERAL
    1. SuperPick is available to RWWA (TABtouch) account holders transacting via Internet or Mobile wagering platforms only.
    2. RWWA (TABtouch) account holders will be allocated a predetermined number of tokens, referred to as a SuperPick, each calendar day (WST).
    3. The number of SuperPick tokens issued is at the sole discretion of RWWA.
    4. The number of available SuperPick tokens can be sourced by an account holder once their account is in a logged in state.
    5. SuperPick tokens may only be activated on Fixed Odds ‘Final Field’ Win + Place markets. Tokens cannot be activated on any other description of Fixed Odds racing market or bet type, including but not limited to Feature Races – All In, Jockey Challenge, Greyhounds Box Challenge, Odds vs Evens and/or Inside vs Outside.
    6. A maximum of one SuperPick token may be activated on an individual race.
    7. Standard SuperPick tokens:
      1. A standard token shall be issued to account holders at 12.00am each calendar day (WST) and expire at 11.59pm the same calendar day (WST).
      2. A standard token does not accrue if not activated within the prescribed calendar day (WST).
      3. A standard token may be activated on any Fixed Odds ‘Final Field’ racing market only where SuperPick options are offered.
      4. A standard token is activated by the account holder at the time of bet placement to identify the transaction is applicable to a SuperPick and the SuperPick option that has been selected.
      5. Additional standard token(s) may be allocated to account holders from time to time at the sole discretion of RWWA.
      6. A standard token shall only be reissued to the account holder if the selected runner is scratched or the race is abandoned in the same calendar day (WST) as the standard token was activated. In such circumstances the standard token will be reissued to the account holder at the time the scratched runner is withdrawn or the Fixed Odds market is abandoned.
    8. Bonus SuperPick tokens:
      1. A bonus token(s) may be allocated to account holders from time to time at the discretion of RWWA.
      2. A bonus token may only be activated on the specific racing code, race meeting and/or race as stipulated by RWWA.
      3. A bonus token may be activated at any time until the race(s) or meeting(s) applicable to the bonus token closes for betting.
      4. A bonus token is activated by an account holder at the time of bet placement to identify the transaction is applicable to a SuperPick and the SuperPick option that has been selected.
      5. A bonus token shall automatically be utilised in advance of a standard token.
      6. A bonus token, if specific to an individual race, shall be reinstated to the account holder if the selected runner is scratched so long as the bonus token’s eligibility period is still current and the Fixed Odds market is still available on the nominated race.
      7. A bonus token, if specific to a meeting, shall be reinstated to the account holder if a selected runner is scratched so long as the bonus token’s eligibility period is still current and a Fixed Odds market is still available on at least one race from the nominated meeting.
    9. SuperPick is available on selected Thoroughbred, Harness and Greyhound races at the sole discretion of RWWA.
    10. The value associated and the number of SuperPick options offered on any one race at any point in time is at the sole discretion of RWWA.
    11. SuperPick is available for Fixed Odds ‘Singles’ bets only. Fixed Odds ‘Multi’ and/or Parimutuel wagers are ineligible.
    12. Applicable bets shall have details pertaining to the SuperPick option selected referenced on transaction receipt.
    13. Any promotional dividend due resulting from a successful SuperPick shall be credited to the customer’s account.
    14. Any promotional dividend due resulting from a successful SuperPick shall be paid on either the interim or final release of Fixed Odds dividends for the nominated race, dependent on the SuperPick option selected.
    15. All bets applicable to a SuperPick shall be subject to all relevant and existing Fixed Odds Rules.
    16. Any change to the unofficial finishing positions in the nominated race as a result of a successful protest shall be taken into account.
    17. Any amendments made to the official placings in the nominated race post declaration of correct weight shall not be taken into account.
    18. SuperPick is intended for recreational gamblers only. Professional gamblers and customers that abuse the spirit of the promotion as deemed by RWWA will not be eligible for promotional dividends.
    19. RWWA reserves the right to exclude nominated wagers, at its sole discretion, from SuperPick options without prior notification.
    20. RWWA reserves the right to exclude nominated accounts from accessing SuperPick without prior notification.
    21. RWWA reserves the right to terminate or alter any or all SuperPick options and the events applicable at any time without prior notification.
  2. SUPERPICK OPTIONS
    1. Money Back – Run 2nd; Run 2nd or 3rd; Run 2nd, 3rd or 4th
      1. Applicable bets placed on the runner(s) that is officially declared as finishing in the position(s) specified in the SuperPick option shall receive a promotional dividend, equal to the Win stake invested, up to the maximum amount outlined.
      2. Applicable bets are deemed as Fixed Odds ‘Win’ and the win component of Fixed Odds ‘Win & Place’ bets where the account holder has activated a relevant SuperPick token.
      3. For applicable bets placed on events where First Past The Post and/or Protest Payout is also offered:-
        1. Promotional dividends shall be paid coinciding with the release of official Fixed Odds dividends for that event.
        2. In the event of an upheld protest, promotional dividends shall not be paid on either the interim winner or the runner that is declared the official winner of the event.
      4. Any dead heat(s) shall be taken into account, however any promotional dividend paid shall not be affected by the number of runners that have dead heated.
    2. Money Back – Run 4th (Place)
      1. Applicable bets placed on the runner(s) that is officially declared as finishing in fourth position shall receive a promotional dividend, equal to the Place stake invested, up to the maximum amount outlined.
      2. Applicable bets are deemed as Fixed Odds ‘Place’ and the place component of Fixed Odds ‘Win & Place’ bets where the account holder has activated a relevant SuperPick token.
      3. Any dead heat(s) shall be taken into account, however any promotional dividend paid shall not be affected by the number of runners that have dead heated.
    3. Win Boost
      1. Applicable bets placed on the runner that is officially declared the winner of the race shall receive an additional promotional dividend equal to the difference payable between the actual projected payout of the wager (i.e. actual Win price of the runner multiplied by the stake) compared to the Win Boost projected payout (i.e. Win Boost price for the runner multiplied by the stake).
      2. Applicable bets are deemed as Fixed Odds ‘Win’ and the win component of Fixed Odds ‘Win & Place’ bets where the account holder has activated a relevant SuperPick token.
      3. ‘Each Way’, and/or ‘Place Only’ Singles bets are deemed ineligible.
      4. The maximum stake applicable to wagers selecting the Win Boost option is at the sole discretion of RWWA but shall not exceed $250.00 AUD.
      5. For applicable bets placed on event where First Past The Post and/or Protest Payout is also offered:-
        1. Promotional dividends shall be paid coinciding with the release of First Past The Post payments.
        2. In the event of an upheld protest promotional dividends shall be payable on both the runner that was declared the interim winner and the runner that is declared the official winner of the event.
      6. The maximum liability applicable to the promotional dividend component for wagers selecting the Win Boost option is at the sole discretion of RWWA.
      7. The Win Boost price for a runner shall be displayed to the account holder after the relevant SuperPick option has been activated.
      8. Any deductions will be applied to the Win Boost projected payout associated with the wager.
      9. In the event of a dead heat, the dead heat rule shall be applied to the Win Boost projected payout associated with the wager.
      10. In the event of a dead heat(s), applicable bets placed on all runners that have dead heated shall be entitled to a promotional dividend.
    4. Place Boost
      1. Applicable bets placed on the runners that are officially declared a place getter in the race, in accordance with the number of Fixed Odds placings payable at time of bet placement, shall receive an additional promotional dividend equal to the difference payable between the actual projected payout of the wager (i.e. actual Place price of the runner multiplied by the stake) compared to the Place Boost projected payout (i.e. Place Boost price for the runner multiplied by the stake).
      2. Applicable bets are deemed as Fixed Odds ‘Place’ and the place component of Fixed Odds ‘Win & Place’ bets where the account holder has activated a relevant SuperPick token.
      3. ‘Win Only’ and/or ‘Each Way’ Singles bets are deemed ineligible.
      4. The maximum stake applicable to wagers selecting the Place Boost option is at the sole discretion of RWWA but shall not exceed $250.00 AUD.
      5. For applicable bets placed on event where First Past The Post and/or Protest Payout is also offered:-
        1. Promotional dividends shall be paid coinciding with the release of First Past The Post payments.
        2. In the event of an upheld protest promotional dividends shall be payable on both the runners that were declared the interim placegetters and the runners that are declared the official placegetters for the event (subject to the ‘Field Size Rule’).
      6. The maximum liability applicable to the promotional dividend component for wagers selecting the Place Boost option is at the sole discretion of RWWA.
      7. The Place Boost price for a runner shall be displayed to the account holder after the relevant SuperPick option has been activated.
      8. Any deductions will be applied to the Place Boost projected payout associated with the wager.
      9. In the event of a dead heat, the dead heat rule shall be applied to the Place Boost projected payout associated with the wager.
      10. In the event of a dead heat(s), applicable bets placed on all runners that have dead heated shall be entitled to a promotional dividend.
    5. BoostPlus+
      1. Applicable bets placed on the runner that is officially declared the winner of the race shall receive an additional promotional dividend equal to the difference payable between the actual projected payout of the wager (i.e. actual Win price of the runner multiplied by the stake) compared to the BoostPlus+ projected payout (i.e. Win Boost price for the runner multiplied by the stake).
      2. Applicable bets are deemed as Fixed Odds ‘Win and the win component of Fixed Odds ‘Win & Place’ bets where the account holder has activated a relevant SuperPick token.
      3. ‘Each Way’ and/or ‘Place Only’ Singles bets are deemed ineligible.
      4. The maximum stake applicable to wagers selecting the BoostPlus+ option is at the sole discretion of RWWA but shall not exceed $250.00 AUD.
      5. For applicable bets placed on events where First Past The Post and/or Protest Payout is also offered:-
        1. Promotional dividends shall be paid coinciding with the release of First Past The Post payments.
        2. In the event of an upheld protest promotional dividends shall be payable on both the runner that was declared the interim winner and the runner that is declared the official winner of the event.
      6. The maximum liability applicable to the promotional dividend component for wagers selecting the BoostPlus+ option is at the sole discretion of RWWA.
      7. The BoostPlus+ price for a runner shall be displayed to the account holder after the relevant SuperPick option has been activated.
      8. Any deductions will be applied to the BoostPlus+ projected payout associated with the wager.
      9. In the event of a dead heat, the dead heat rule shall be applied to the BoostPlus+ projected payout associated with the wager.
      10. In the event of a dead heat, applicable bets placed on all runners that have dead heated shall be entitled to a promotional dividend.
    6. Double Odds
      1. Applicable bets placed on the runner that is officially declared the winner of the race shall receive an additional promotional dividend equal to the difference payable between the actual projected payout of the wager (i.e. actual Win price of the runner multiplied by the stake) compared to the Double Odds projected payout (i.e. Double Odds price for the runner multiplied by the stake).
      2. Applicable bets are deemed as Fixed Odds ‘Win Only’ bets where the account holder has activated a relevant SuperPick token.
      3. ‘Win & Place’, ‘Each Way’, and/or ‘Place Only’ Singles bets are deemed ineligible.
      4. The maximum stake applicable to wagers selecting the Double Odds option is at the sole discretion of RWWA but shall be referenced when selecting the Double Odds option for applicable races.
      5. For applicable bets placed on an event where First Past The Post and/or Protest Payout is also offered:-
        1. Promotional dividends shall be paid coinciding with the release of First Past The Post payments.
        2. In the event of an upheld protest promotional dividends shall be payable on both the runner that was declared the interim winner and the runner that is declared the official winner of the event.
      6. The maximum liability applicable to the promotional dividend component for wagers selecting the Double Odds option is at the sole discretion of RWWA.
      7. The Double Odds price for a runner shall be displayed to the account holder after the relevant SuperPick option has been activated.
      8. Any deductions will be applied to the Double Odds projected payout associated with the wager.
      9. In the event of a dead heat, the dead heat rule shall be applied to the Double Odds projected payout associated with the wager.
      10. In the event of a dead heat, applicable bets placed on all runners that have dead heated shall be entitled to a promotional dividend.
    7. Win Boost + Money Back
      1. Applicable bets shall be eligible for both Win Boost (refer clause 2c(i)) and Money Back (refer clause 2a(i)) promotions.
      2. Applicable bets are deemed as Fixed Odds ‘Win Only’ bets where the account holder has activated a relevant SuperPick token.
      3. ‘Win & Place’, ‘Each Way’, and/or ‘Place Only’ Singles bets are deemed ineligible.
      4. The maximum stake applicable to wagers selecting the Win Boost + Money Back option is at the sole discretion of RWWA but shall not exceed $100.00 AUD.
      5. For applicable bets placed on events where First Past The Post and/or Protest Payout is offered:-
        1. Promotional dividends relevant to the Win Boost component shall be paid coinciding with the release of First Past The Post payments while promotional dividends relevant to the Money Back component shall be paid coinciding with the release of official Fixed Odds dividends for the event.
        2. In the event of an upheld protest, promotional dividends relevant to the Win Boost component shall be payable on both the runner that was declared the interim winner and the runner that is declared the official winner of the event. Promotional dividends relevant to the Money Back component shall not be payable.
      6. The maximum liability applicable to the promotional dividend component for wagers selecting the Win Boost + Money Back option is at the sole discretion of RWWA.
      7. In the event of a dead heat for 1st place, the dead heat rule shall be applied to the Win Boost projected payout associated with the wager.
      8. In the event of a dead heat for 2nd or 3rd place, any Money Back promotional dividend paid shall not be affected by the number of runners that have dead heated.
    8. Profit Plus – x % (Win)
      1. Applicable bets placed on the runner that is officially declared the winner of the race shall receive an additional promotional dividend based upon the profit component of the wager.
      2. The promotional dividend payable shall be in accordance with the percentage increase specified in the SuperPick option, up to the maximum amount outlined.
      3. The profit component of a wager is the actual payout amount not including the stake.
      4. Applicable bets are deemed as Fixed Odds ‘Win Only’ bets where the account holder has activated a relevant SuperPick token.
      5. ‘Win & Place’, ‘Each Way’, and/or ‘Place Only’ Singles bets are deemed ineligible.
      6. In the event of deductions or a dead heat where the initial profit component associated with the wager is reduced, the promotional dividend for successful applicable bets shall be based upon the revised amount.
      7. In the event of a dead heat(s), applicable bets placed on all runners that have dead heated shall be entitled to a promotional dividend.
    9. Profit Plus – x % (Place)
      1. Applicable bets placed on the runners that are officially declared a place getter in the nominated race, in accordance with the number of Fixed Odds placings payable at time of bet placement, shall receive an additional promotional dividend based upon the profit component of the wager. The only exception is where a field is reduced to 4 or less runners. In such circumstances the place book for the event shall be abandoned with all bets and associated SuperPick tokens declared void.
      2. The promotional dividend payable shall be in accordance with the percentage increase specified in the SuperPick option, up to the maximum amount outlined.
      3. The profit component of a wager is the actual payout amount not including the stake.
      4. Applicable bets are deemed as Fixed Odds ‘Place Only’ bets where the account holder has activated a relevant SuperPick token.
      5. ‘Win & Place’, ‘Each Way’, and/or ‘Win Only’ Singles bets are deemed ineligible.
      6. In the event of deductions or a dead heat where the initial profit component associated with the wager is reduced, the promotional dividend for successful applicable bets shall be based upon the revised amount.
      7. In the event of a dead heat(s), applicable bets placed on all runners that have dead heated shall be entitled to a promotional dividend.
    10. Pay 4th (Place)
      1. Applicable bets placed on the runner(s) that is officially declared as finishing in fourth position shall receive a promotional dividend equal to the projected Place payout associated with the wager, up to the maximum amount specified in the SuperPick option.
      2. Applicable bets are deemed as Fixed Odds ‘Place’ and the place component of Fixed Odds ‘Win & Place’ bets where the account holder has activated a relevant SuperPick token.
      3. In the event of a dead heat for fourth place, applicable bets placed on all runners that have dead heated shall be entitled to a promotional dividend. In such instances payouts shall be revised in accordance with standard dead heat rules.
