Bonus Offers Terms & Conditions

1. General

1.1 Terms apply to each Bonus Offer provided to your TABtouch betting account on satisfaction of the specific eligibility requirements of the Offer and these terms and conditions.

1.2 Offers may be made subject to additional terms and conditions.  Customers should read any such additional terms and conditions carefully.

1.3 In the event of any conflict or discrepancy between these terms and conditions (‘Bonus Offer Terms’) and any specific terms relating to a particular Offer, the specific terms will prevail.

2. Eligible Customers

2.1 You can only receive a Bonus Offer if:

    1. you are over 18 years of age;
    2. you have an open TABtouch Account;
    3. you have completed age and ID verification;
    4. you are not on Take A Break;
    5. you comply with TABtouch Terms & Conditions; and
    6. you are a resident of Australia, unless you are classed as an Excluded Customer ( as defined in sections 2.2 & 2.3).

2.2 Bonus Offers are not available to residents of SA. VIC residents are only eligible to receive a Bonus Offer after a minimum of 1 bet has been placed on their TABtouch account.

2.3 Bonus Offers are not available to customers who

    1. Have breached the Bonus Offers, Specials or SuperPick Terms & Conditions, or;
    2. Display irregular betting behaviour which may be deemed as a cause of concern from a Responsible Wagering Code of Practice perspective.

2.4 Offers are only capable of being redeemed by the customer who have been specifically addressed in the offer.

2.5 Each Offer can only be accessed once by each Eligible Customer during the Offer Period.

2.6 You will be entitled to receive a Bonus Offer from time to time if:

    1. you are an Eligible Customer; and
    2. you meet the terms and conditions of the Offer during the Offer Period.

3. Offer Period

3.1 Unless stated otherwise on the “Bonus Offers” page of your TABtouch account, you have

    1. 3 days to activate a Deposit Offer (section 4) and Bet Match offer (section 5);
    2. 7 days to redeem the full amount of Bonus Cash rewarded to your account
    3. 5 days to redeem Bonus Bet/s rewarded to your account

After which the offer or Bonus Cash will expire and you will forfeit it without any liability.

4. Deposit Offers

4.1 Deposit Offers will only be offered to Eligible Customers and will be activated by the first deposit made to your TABtouch account after the Deposit Offer was made available.

4.2 Deposit Offers can be activated via online deposits on the TABtouch app and website, or by depositing cash into your TABtouch account at a TAB retail store in Western Australia. Funds deposited via the “Scan My Bet” feature on the app will not activate your Deposit Offer.

4.3 A Bonus Cash or Bonus Bet value will be credited to the Eligible Customer’s account referable to the value of the deposit which activated the Deposit Offer, to the maximum amount or percentage stated in the Offer and otherwise on the terms and conditions set out in the Offer.

4.4 Requirements for Conditions of Use of Bonus Cash & Bonus Bet apply (sections 6 & 7)

5. Race Bet Match Offers

5.1 Race Bet Match Offers will only be offered to Eligible Customers and will be activated by the first Single FOB or Tote race bet made via your TABtouch account. Offer is not valid for Multi Bets.

5.2 Unless stated otherwise, the offer will be activated by the first bet made via your TABtouch account on the specified race/meeting indicated on the “Bonus Offers” page.

5.3 Bonus Cash or a Bonus Bet, as indicated on the Offer, will be credited to the Eligible Customer’s account referable to the value of the first bet which activated the Offer, to the maximum amount or percentage stated in the Offer and otherwise on the terms and conditions set out in the Offer.

5.4 Requirements for Conditions of Use of Bonus Cash & Bonus Bet apply (sections 6 & 7)

6. Bonus Cash Conditions of Use

6.1 If you have received Bonus Cash, the offer will be visible in your Account under “Bonus Offers”.

6.2 Bonus Cash can only be redeemed on the TABtouch app, mobi or desktop site, and cannot be redeemed in-store at any WA TAB retail outlet.

6.3 Bonus Cash is redeemable on valid racing or sport bets and cannot be used on Favourite Numbers.  For Racing bets, you will need to choose to use your Bonus Cash instead of your actual cash balance. Bonus Cash is automatically redeemed on Sport bets.

6.4 Redemption can be made across as many valid bets at your chosen value.

6.5 There are no specified minimum bets for Bonus Cash redemptions, usual FOB and Tote minimum bet limits apply.

6.6 Bonus Cash must be used within 7 days from the time that it is credited to your Account unless otherwise stated on your “Bonus Offers” page. If the Bonus Cash is not used within that time, it will become void and unable to be redeemed.

6.7 Bonus Cash are not transferrable or exchangeable. Bonus Cash cannot be withdrawn as real cash.

6.8 Should a bet placed using your Bonus Cash be successful, the winnings including original stake from the Bonus Cash will be credited back into your TABtouch account. For example, $10 in Bonus Cash placed on a selection paying $3.00 will credit winnings of $30 into your Account.

7. Bonus Bet Conditions of Use

7.1 If you have received a Bonus Bet, the Bonus Bet will be visible in your Account under “Bonus Offers” and will appear on your betslip should your selection be eligible for redemption (refer 7.3).

7.2 Bonus Bet/s can only be redeemed on the TABtouch app, mobi or desktop site, and cannot be redeemed in-store at any WA TAB retail outlet.

7.3 Bonus Bet/s can only be redeemed on Single & Multi Fixed Odds Racing bets and cannot be used on Each Way bets, or in conjunction with any other specials (i.e. SuperPick).

7.4  Bonus Bet values cannot be split and must be redeemed at full value on valid bets.

7.5 Bonus Bet/s must be used within 5 days from the time that it is credited to your Account unless otherwise stated on your “Bonus Offers” page. If a Bonus Bet is not used within that time, it will become void and unable to be redeemed.

7.6 Bonus Bets are not transferrable or exchangeable.

7.7 Should a bet placed using your Bonus Bet be successful, the winnings excluding original stake from the Bonus Bet will be credited back into your TABtouch account. For example, a winning $10 Bonus Bet placed on a selection paying $3.00 will credit winnings of $20 into your Account.

8. Other conditions

7.1 TABtouch reserves the right to cancel, withdraw, modify or amend specific terms of an available Bonus Offer at any time without prior notice without any liability on our part.

7.2  TABtouch reserves the right to amend these Bonus Offers Terms at any time without prior notice without any liability on our part.

7.3 The decisions of Management are final. No correspondence will be entered into.

7.4 Influential employees of TABtouch are not eligible to participate in any Bonus Offers.
