- RWWA shall not be held liable in the event of any latency in the updating of its Fixed Odds win prices.
- In the event a comparative win price does not form part of RWWA’s Fixed Odds pricing table, RWWA shall determine the price offered.
- The maximum Fixed Odds win price offered by RWWA for an individual competitor shall not exceed $501.
- Bets struck are subject to all existing and relevant Fixed Odds rules.
- RWWA reserves the right to terminate Best Price on any or all meetings at its discretion.
