A number of circumstances may arise where a wager is accepted, or a payment is made, by RWWA in error, whether caused by human error, computer or systems malfunction or for any other reason. This includes but is not limited to:-
· where the odds or terms of a wager have been misstated by RWWA
· where RWWA has continued to accept wagers on an event after it should have been closed for betting
· an error in the amount of winnings paid to the client by RWWA
If the case of an error, RWWA reserves the right to:-
· declare a wager void and refund the client’s stake
· for Multi wagers, declare the leg that contained an error void with the wager to be recalculated based upon the prices of the remaining legs at the time the wager was struck
