Insurance (2 places)

A market is offered on which runner will win the nominated race with the client to receive their stake back if their selected runner finishes second. The price offered for the runner to win the race is less than in the corresponding Win + Place market due to the potential refund payable.

If a runner is at any stage odds on (i.e. the runner’s Fixed Odds Win price is less than $2.00) or if the field is reduced to less than 5 runners due to late scratchings, the market will be suspended. In the event of a dead heat for first place, the dead heat rule applies.

‘Refunds and Deductions’ betting rules apply.
