Close your account on the TABtouch Mobile Website

If you would like to close your TABtouch account via the Mobile Website, please follow the steps below:

Open https://www.tabtouch.mobi/ in your browser.
Log on using your account number and password.
Open the side menu.
Select ‘Close Account’.
Please read the information provided. Tick the boxes to confirm your understanding in relation to pending bets, remaining funds, marketing material and immediate log out.
When all boxes have been ticked, please select the ‘Close Account and Log Out’ button.

Your account will then be closed.

If you would like to close your TABtouch account via the Mobile App (Apple or Android), please follow the steps below:

Open the TABtouch App on your mobile device.
Log on using your account number and password.
Open the side menu.
Select ‘Close Account’.
Please read the information provided. Tick the boxes to confirm your understanding in relation to pending bets, remaining funds, marketing material and immediate log out.
When all boxes have been ticked, please select the ‘Close Account and Log Out’ button.

Your account will then be closed.

If you would like to close your TABtouch account via the Desktop Website, please follow the steps below:

Open https://www.tabtouch.com.au/ in your browser.
Log on using your account number and password.
Click ‘My Account’ and then ‘My Preferences’ from the drop down menu.
On the next screen, click on the ‘Close Account’ icon.
Please read the information provided. Tick the boxes to confirm your understanding in relation to pending bets, remaining funds, marketing material and immediate log out.
When all boxes have been ticked, please click the ‘Close Account and Log Out’ button.

Your account will then be closed.
