If you have forgotten your TABtouch Account number you can reset it via the TABtouch mobile app or tabtouch.com.au. Follow the link ‘forgot password’ under the Log In screen you will be asked to provide your TABtouch account number to get a verification code sent to your registered email address or mobile number. Once you have received your verification code you will be able to reset your password.
If you no longer have access to the email address or mobile that you have registered with TABtouch you will need to call our Help centre on 1300 36 36 88 for assistance.
