You may only apply for, or operate, an account if you reside in Australia. Individuals who primarily live outside Australia are not permitted to sign up unless we have granted a written exemption.

TABtouch App

As part of the most recent update to the TABtouch App, Apple have imposed, that to ensure compliance with international laws location based services is now required to be switched on.

If you are travelling outside of Australia and find that you are not able to use our TABtouch app, as an alternative try TABtouch.com.au or use TABtouch.mobi from within your web browser.

Travelling Overseas

Customers will be able to use TABtouch.com.au and TABtouch.mobi for a period of 60 days within a 12 month period whilst travelling overseas. This excludes the use of the TABtouch app which can only be used from within Australia. If our records indicate you have exceeded this threshold, we will endeavour to contact you to determine whether you are eligible for an exemption.

Our customer service team will then guide you through what is required to obtain an exemption whilst travelling overseas.
