Win

A win bet is selecting a runner to finish 1st in a nominated race. You can choose to place a Tote Win bet where the price will continue to fluctuate up until the race start or a Fixed Odds bet where your price is locked in (subject to scratching’s etc)

Place

A place bet is selecting a runner to finish 1st, 2nd or 3rd (subject to the place dividend policy) in a nominated race. Your selection may finish in any of these positions. You can choose to place a Tote Win bet where the price will continue to fluctuate up until the race start or a Fixed Odds bet where your price is locked in (subject to scratching’s etc)

Trifecta

A Trifecta bet is selecting the runners that will finish 1st 2nd and 3rd in order, in a nominated race. You can also have an Allways Trifecta, meaning your runners can finish in any order for the bet to be successful.
Flexi Betting allows you to select multiple runners in a Trifecta and nominate the total amount you wish to spend. If successful, you will receive a percentage of the Trifecta dividend equal to the Flexi percentage of the bet you have placed.

First 4

As the name suggests a First 4 bet is selecting the runners that will finish 1st 2nd, 3rd and 4th in order, in a nominated race. You can also have an Allways First 4, meaning your runners can finish in any order for the bet to be successful.

Flexi Betting allows you to select multiple runners in a First 4 and nominate the total amount you wish to spend. If successful, you will receive a percentage of the First 4 dividend equal to the Flexi percentage of the bet you have placed.

Quaddie

A Quaddie bet is selecting the winner across four nominated races within a single race meeting.
You can take a multiple selections in a Quaddie and nominate the total amount you wish to spend which will give you a flexi bet. If your Quaddie is successful, you will receive a percentage of the Quaddie dividend equal to the Flexi percentage of the bet you have placed.

Exacta

An Exacta bet is selecting the runners that will finish 1st and 2nd, in order, in a nominated race.

A Quinella bet is selecting the runners that will finish 1st and 2nd, in any order, in a nominated race.

All Up

An All Up is a single bet which automatically reinvests winnings from one race to another.
You can include up to 6 legs in an All Up bet, take different Tote bet types in each leg (i.e. Win, Place, Each Way or Quinella) and have multiple selections in all or any of the legs.

All selections included in an All Up bet must be from the same race meeting.

Insurance 2nd & 3rd

Insurance 2nd & 3rd is similar to a Win bet but with a twist.

For a slightly reduced price, you can back your winner for a race and get your stake back if your horse comes in 2nd or 3rd!

This market will be available on Australian Thoroughbred & Harness races that have a minimum of 8 runners, and will be made available within 45 minutes to jump time.

Head to Head

Head to Head provides a selection of two runners from the same race, and all you need to do is simply select which runner you think will beat the other past the post. As long as your runner finishes in the first four – you’re a winner!

This market will be available on most Australian & New Zealand races across all codes.

Half vs Half

Half vs Half splits the field into two based on the runners’ saddle blanket numbers, and lets you select whether one of the runners from either grouping will win the race.

This market will be available on Australian & New Zealand races that have a minimum of 8 runners.

Runner vs Field markets

Runner vs Field markets gives you the choice to back the favourite in the race, or to bet against the favourite by backing the rest of the field.

This market will be available on Australian Metro Thoroughbred races, and will be made available within 2 hours to jump time.
